Can confirm that MultiSH4, does indeed work with Steam copy of SH4.
Have several copies of SH4 that I have modded out, that SH4 Steam works with it.

10 copies of SH4 made from the original SH4 install, that work with MultiSH4.. to be exact.
I am considering paring that done some... I've to decide on just what modded copies of SH4 that I am ultimately going to keep yet.
NOT an easy task, I might add.
