I checked DF_ANT.dat in your so called 'fix' DF_ANT_FIX.7z with my file from above mod (GWX_DFa-Flag&Pens_2010.7z). The files are absolutely identical.
The options are:
1) You did not use
my DF_ANT.dat file
2) Maybe... the problem was in command*.cfg
