If that is the right mod, want to say I think the creator would be ''w_clear''. but in checking the repository, there were only 2 mods there & neither were for a wake splash.
It could be possible that s7rikeback may have that particular mod, but hasn't had the chance to add it in. last I chatted with them, via DM... they had a mod I was looking for that s7rikeback had, but.. as I said, no time to have added it in to the vault. Understandable, as I know he is involved in a lot of projects... FotRS being just 1 of them.
