As for corporation I work for it has had the same policy in place for over a year now. No vaccination you must wear a mask. However customers are only asked to do so but nobody really cares because we want the business.
Im sure everyone feels good about themselves. But employees still sneeze, cough, mingle, rub their eyes, pick their nose, after touching counter tops, scratching their arse, money, product and people.
