One day in February 2012, Amy Jung and her son Ethan from Wisconsin chose to adopt a cat they called Pudding. In the evening, however, Amy Jung had a diabetes attack, after which the cat jumped up on Amy and pushed at her and sipped at her until she was briefly conscious so she could call on her son. However, he also lay asleep and did not hear her, so the cat ran in to Ethan and jumped up on the bed and jumped on him until he woke up, after which he called for help. Pudding is now a therapy and has learned to meow when Jung's blood sugar gets too low. Would your cat have helped you if you needed it?
