NK isn't a major problem. They've been playing the game of brinksmanship for years. All we really have to do is Just keep them contained and it will eventually fold in on itself. Sanctions might hurry that process along, but if NK is as bad off as the linked article suggests, they might be desperate enough to try something stupid, then again, they might not be capable of it either.
They're playing chicken with us, they always have been, and always will be. They can't last forever, and they must be close to folding.
