I downloaded Grey Wolves 3.0 directly from their website.Used same directory,got loading screen,different music,the new single missions Grey Wolves were listed,but as soon as I attempted to play crashed to desktop.I looked at the SH3 files and found something called GWSE or something.It asked what mods I want to install,I chose a few,attempted to start,again CTD.Was that part of the Steam Fix?
