As far as I know there isn't one, what difficulty level have you set FotRS to in the office?, easy way to help you out is to turn some of them off, it's a game no one's going to chastise you for that as that's what I did when I started playing SH4 for the first time, it's exactly the same with FotRS as small steps leads eventually to giant strides.
