That did the trick, thanks! So it was TMOMapcontacts for FOTR conflicting with FOTRU that was the issue then.

Forgot to mention in my OP, but I already had LAA enabled.

So simply just deactivating TMOMapcontacts wouldn't have done it, or deactivating all mods then reactivating the ones I want? Just wondering under what circumstances I have to go through deleting the save folders. Might be an issue once I have a career going to throw it all away every time I want to make a change or if a mod causes issues.
