Yes, some are from GW some stock & some new, you will know when you go to the rec manual & find some (especially the new night light ships) are bright while the rest are dark!
Note that these are
just the sil tga's & not setup in folders as a mod, if you see that a ship in the rec manual is not dark like the rest then it is likely that the dark sil tga file you need is contained in this 9 meg file!
The file contains 66 tga's.
