Hi Pascal! A long time ago, I had something like this. when I used the old version of TWOS. But what was to blame for this strange effect - I did not understand. I haven't played 2 years. I installed the latest version of TWOS and never saw it again. Try reinstalling TWOS and all your mods. Perhaps there is an incompatibility of some of your installed mods with TWOS.
