That came from the radio, that bit of info. After some checking by me it is clear the radio station that gave out that forecast is very wrong, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

Fat chance, in my local paper I see my council are withdrawing all these bins, because people are sick to the back teeth with them. Victory to us over the council.
