I know I said I would do it earlier but here is the reply I got from BlackBean

Dear Benedict,
I thank you for your interest for the game and our company, I’ve read with attention your email and you have reason, but just let me explain.

About extra contents I can say they are present in the European version: we have created an extra cd with new missions, scenarios and campaigns and also extra video such as exclusive interviews a full documentary about submarine.
The game has been released all over Europe not at the same time, but in different periods depending on countries, so we can’t lost this opportunity: try to imagine there is the possibility to buy a new edition of Dangerous Waters, but all new contents are already available on-line… nobody will buy the game!

We have intention to release the extra contents, but try to imagine, we are a company, we need to sell product… if you really want to have them a solution could be buy the new edition, or I’m sorry but you have to wait “technical time” in order to not make unhappy people that are waiting or re-bought the game.
