If in the US, you cannot argue with
Silent Hunter 4 Gold Edition for $2.50 US currency, even it if is the Ubisoft Store. Unlike SH5, it does take mods well, and (as of my last attempt) does copy and paste well for multiple mods with the use of MultiSH4... It is $9.99 on Steam, and I have not seen a DVD disk version in years, except on eBay, and at that, they are currently running $90 for a disk in "Good" condition...
