IM also trying to get the uniform look of the jpeg I posted, I thought I had the mighty fine crew mod 1.2.1 installed, it shows installed, but still tsuck with stock SH5 crew

Some modifications from your list have conflicts. In fact, many modifications are outdated, and some will simply load your game, such as modifications from sober.
