Friend said the mod GWX_DFa-Flag & Pens_2010.rar is absolutely correct. I made a small change to the SubsFlag.dat file that prevents S3D from reading this file. This change has absolutely no effect on the functionality of the file in the game ... but it is an obstacle for the S3D program. Thanks to this trick, no one changed my mod for a long time (until 2013), and this fact allowed me to appreciate that the mod is absolutely correct. In 2013 (IIRC in the middle) I published the unlocked SubsFlag.dat file. Over the next years, I also published (privately and publicly) the link to this file (2 or 3 times). Your assumptions that the mod was made with the error speaks about your incompetence in modding. I, Jeff and others HexEdit-modders used this trick since 2008, IIRC.
P.S.
There is only one version of the mod - 2010. I have not created new mods on this topic.
