Alright, as long as it isn't just me. Thanks for the confirmation!

EDIT: Looks like it is due to the small reads sh3 issues; primarily at 4 KiB, or due to a slow parser. At any rate, the slow load starting missions is due to parsing the contents of the \data folder.
