Better yet, step one, peel one over ripe avocado, squeeze cat piss from an innocent looking kitten, mix with freshly blended kitten faeces, garlic, onions and leeks. Step two, go outside and hide, pick your target (preferably someone you dislike) step back, take aim and throw.
Step three, make another one, if hungry, have a bite, no need to waste any, wait for the next victim, repeat.
