If participating countries were going to boycott Qatar it would already have been changed by now, there's too much money invested in WC 22 and besides that, the bent officials who pocketed a brown envelope will not want any more controversy surfacing about any Qatar venue fixing.
Predictions
I would say the winners are going to come from a hot country whose players can handle the heat better, you can discount Africa, Asia, Australasia and the Middle East as they're just not good enough, so that leaves South and Central America with the European countries dropping out before or at the Semi Final stage.
Its a tough one to call this time as they're going to have to rest there best players more often or they're going to be too exhausted to be effective, so I will choose Brazil and any other from S or C America.
