Yes, but this is something different. An active drug that does not need the organism to produce the antibodies, easily produced, storable in normal fridges, any doctor can apply this stuff, no halls or centers needed, expectation to produce and vaccinate all of Germany within two months.
Works against several Covid mutants because it is basically an anti-Sars agent.
Downside is it takes ~2-3 months until immunity. But then total immunity, against all known Sars viruses.
His new strategy is good though, after some try to stop him he will go another legal way and distribute it for free to all doctors who want it..
We will see. Maybe he will suffer a sudden heart attack or such.. after the last 4 years everything is possible.
