I want to use this with Grey Wolves and with NYGM 2.0 and have tried what was posted earlier (creating shortcut etc) but it always launches my Grey Wolves version even when I pointed it to the NYGM.

SH3Cmdr has supported multiple SH3 installations since R2.1. Simply set up separate shortcuts to SH3Cmdr on your desktop pointing to each installation. Shortcuts must be in format:
TARGET: "C:\<wherever>\SH3 Commander\SH3Cmdr.exe" /l:"C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\<name of unique installation>"
Repeat for each installation. Give the shortcuts corresponding names, and click the one you want resembling the game you want to play.
