The other thing is you cant expect either GW or NYGM to try to solve your issues with a combined install of both mods, since in reality what you now have installed is not realy either GW or NYGM.
So the moral of the story is this. USER BEWARE and on you own head be it if you run a combined GW/NYGM install.

The above is correct. Installing one mod over the other breaks dozens of items, be they simulator code content, graphic, and/or sound.
A merger between the two is not supported, nor is it realistically feasible.

As modders our respective dev teams can only
effectively support our own respective mod packages. We all have different philosophies and points of view that address things quite differently at any rate.
We are all building with the end user in mind.
For players that come to us having a problem after mixing big mod packages, there are potentially thousands of possible file data/content discrepancies.
