Oh, yes. That is Uekel's More traffic, nations and ships. It was a big effort to mass-import many SHIII and SHIV ships in SH5.
Unfortunately this mod never became very popular, in part for its heterogeneity (not all the ships had the same quality level), in part because it made the game unstable, but sure it is worth digging into it for units which might deserve proper imports
