A CORRECTION:
I proposed earlier that anyone who installs Anvart's lighted C2 Cargo should set the 'cargoext' value to -1 in campaign_RND.mis, indicating no cargo.
I'd forgotten that Anvart said that this ship carries no cargo. Using a value of -1 causes a crash-to-desktop (CTD) whenever any of these ships are encountered at sea. You should use 'cargoext=2' instead (and 'cargoint=0').
Apologies to anyone who was misled.
To Boris, re program to extract neutral ships.
Sorry, but it isn't practical to share programs of this sort. I use them all the time for dealing with the NYGM campaign files; they take about 30 minutes to write and test, and about one second to execute. But the reason that I can produce them so quickly is that there is only the briefest error trapping and no user-friendly interface. I don't want to get involved with long arguments about why the program doesn't work (or does crash), or doesn't give the expected result. The programs are usually only appropriate for a very limited task on a very definite campaign file anyway.
Stiebler.
