bad news, old son.
the only publicized PT base in the Philippines until 1944 is Cavite and that was evacuated in December 1941.
so, if you want to emulate Buckeley saving of Ol' Dugout Doug, we are going to have to get creative on base location.
i am going to connect a few dots and then progress to the Solomons.
