You guys wonder why you get ill when eating your salt with stuff like this? Fries, chips, popcorn? In korea, japan, they eat much more salt - but with fresh and fermented vegetable, sea fish, kelp, healthier fats, as a result they do not suffer as much from deseases that westerners and the WHO wrongly associate with salt.

Its not the salt that makes you sick. Its the stuff you eat it with. Bad food. Too many carbohydrates, bad fats, refindd sugar, glucose, corn syrup, heavily processed food. Or as i say, industrial waste. Look around and see how many fat people there now are. And that fatness triggers a whole rattail of problems.
And never forget again, that low salt increases insuline resistence. Now add 1 and 1 together. Fatness. Insuline resistence. (that is not to say you can compensate for being fat by eating salt.)
