Jim; Agreed. I did the same many years ago. In the US, we get more than enough "salt" in any type of pre-prepared or comfort food.

If you plan to eat a 100% natural diet using foods that haven't been "enhanced", add salt. If you live in the world the rest of us are stuck with, just buy an order of fries or a bag of chips/crisps.
