As a native french speaker I'll chip in, Kaleun's translation has some minor errors :
Ce membre d'équipage a été attribué un insigne de blessure, rencontre ainsi les critères priés d'être attribué l'insigne de guerre d'U-Bateau.
This crewman has been awarded a Wound Badge, so meets the criteria required to be awarded the U-Boat War Badge.
should be :
Ce membre d'équipage a été attribué une insigne de blessure, remplissant ainsi les critères requis pour reçevoir la U-Boot-Kriegsabzeichen.
Insigne is female so it's une insigne, rencontre is a literal translation, proper french word in this context is remplir, and the verb 'time' is wrong > remplissant. requis is also the word you're looking for, priés etc is never used in this context. Also, in French the german Uboat war is always translated as guerre sous-marine, they don't use 'U-bateau'.
edit : just noticed your German term use
