You have also been told that statines have no side effects, and that refined sugar is good for your body's energy, and that you do not need any supplementedf vitmaines and minerals, and that you should drink 2.5-3 litres per day and in frequent intervals, and in the past the cigarette industry claimed that nicotine is not so bad and smoking does not cause cancer, and... and...
What the industry does to process food, it doe snot do for the benefit of the consumer, but for the benefit of the industry'S needs (processing, transportation, storage, profit "optimization"...)
There are so many lies n food and nutritions out there, and so much infantile nonsense as well.
I take an egg for breakfast, and roll it in 3 grams of salt, if not more, and then eat it. Its an extra boost of salt, it makes a wamr and comfrotable feel in the stomach, after a while I get more awaken, clear in the head, I eat mess (whcih is good cinsideirng my weight), have less appetite on sweets, sweat mjuch less (alwaysa problem for me), and most importantly, my heart rate stays way< down at 75 instead of going to 95-100 - at rest. I take that salt additonal to the normal ordinary salt sonsummation for preoparig the wearm meal in the eveing, and other things. It is additional to the other stuff.
Interestingly, most people on all contioents and of all ethnciities have an inbuild salt intake treshold per day beyond which they feel less and less appetite for salt, this treshhold is in the range of 3-4 grams. I say: listenj to your body: if he wants mroe, give it to him, if he signals waning interest, stop. Do not eat salt (or drink water...) accoridng to the clock, or tables. Your body knwos best. Listen to him. he is the op0tmal preicisonn instrjmenbt to let you kinow whether your need some oif iot or not, and he has amazing techniques to build reserves and access them or to reprocess salts for multiple turns of use. He is a master at these mind of things.
What the body is not so good at, is managing surplus in resssources. Thats why so many of us are fat.
