Ah i just figured out whats wrong, down below of the page of the mod

i never read what the modder wrote. "The mod no longer is working on this site"

Yet its still there for DL - resulting in a image file that was only 82kb.

Found the working download of the Dark UI here which is 11mb

and shows some nice pics of the UI
