1. Yes, you can buy it on steam. It's kind of round about route to download it. Copy the game key in steam, then go to Ubisoft and download using the Ubiplay down loader. Paste the game key in Ubiplay. It will end up in were ever you have your steam directory.
MAKE SURE you DO NOT use the \Program Files (x86) directory.
2. I don't know if there are unused DVD's around. Used ones can be problematic due to licensing. You can buy directly from Ubsoft. I have other steam games, that's why I went that route.
3. Go to Burbster's sticky in this directory for Win 10 stuff. All your questions will be answered......really!
4. I chose The Wolves of Steel megamod. I'm happy as a clam!! It has a steam converter as part of the install. SH5 out of the box is a mess! You have to mod it our you won't want to play. Sober's mods are very popular too.
