Bill & Ted films,
Bill & Ted Face the Music is due out shortly and the premise is the duo must find a particular song they wrote in the future to save the world; they are assisted by their teen daughters, Thea & Billie; the girls do some time time traveling, much as their fathers did, in order to assemble a group of famous musicians and composers to aid in the quest; some clips have been posted on YT surrounding Jimi Hendrix, Mozart, and Louis Armstrong...
...these guys seem to have been ahead of the curve...
There actually are tapes of Hendrix jamming while playing classical compositions, mainly Bach; Hendrix developed an interest in classical composers when he found out the London building he moved into was once the home of George Frideric Handel; today, there are official English Heritage plaques honoring both musicians affixed to the building to commemorate those most famous of tenants...
BTW, my second ex is a direct descendant of Handel...
