This is the mod I'm speaking of:
FOTRSU 1.1 - More campaign traffic
I don't know if it's compatible with FotRSU 2.0. It says it's been updated to v2.0 I'm not sure if that has to do with FotRSU 2.0 or the rev roll of the mod itself.
