Ha Ha, yes many a time you a sneaking in position, so far not detected and as you say one of the crew yells out confirming your last order.
Then the guy with the whistle shouting, "Relieve the watch."
I must admit though there have been times I was too busy planning my approach and for got to activate silent running till it was too late lol.
