Sh3Cmdr makes a backup of your Basic.cfg (and others files) at the first time you run it. Then all the times you restart the game using SH3Cmdr this backuped Basic.cfg will be used again (with a few modifications). I by myself a lot of times modded my Basic.cfg and forgotten to actualize SH3Cmdr, than SH3 uses the 'old' file not the new one. So check your backuped Basic.cfg on SH3Cmdr folder. Thanks for that input, Rubini. I think you are right. I previously had problems with trying to run SH3CMDR with the LRT mod. I had to go in and manually change some files after running SH3CMDR. But it's worth manually making the changes, because SH3Cmdr is a great program. It's really hard to run a bunch of mods together from different modders without causing some problems I guess.
