s7rikeback, has a repository of mods, broke down by SH version, then broke down by mega's, small stand alone mods, along with documents as well, that can be found here:

Go into SH3 - small mods & scroll down until you find rapt0r's folder.. uniform mod is there, near the bottom of the list.
