Thank you. I had never heard of Hazel Hill but I'm so glad I found this story. Of course, those who reside in the U.K probably already knew of this incredible lady. I remember a story where a Luftwaffe pilot escorted a fighter or bomber back to it's base rather than shoot it down. After the Luftwaffe pilot escorted the bomber ' fighter airplane home, it waggled it's wings to say goodbye before departing. Another great read is on the contributions of the " Red Tail " P-51 squadrons.
