The Battle of Britain was fought 80 years ago to prevent a Nazi Invasion of England. Good find Commander which brought to mind an old story that, I can't find now, about an RAF pilot apparently dead still flying his Spitfire over the channel chasing a German Messerschmitt and firing his guns at the same time while slumped over in the cockpit.
