Yes I have heard of rubber bullets.
I don't believe posting these videos is the same. I have double checked,
define sensationalize: "(especially of a newspaper) present information about (something) in a way that provokes public interest and excitement, at the expense of accuracy."
I don't believe what people do in public is private.
