I think that it may be my ISP, they have just installed an accelerator, & I had to have this software to install as well (I'm supposed to pay an extra $2.50.mth), I just disabled & seems to be OK!
While the software was enabled I did notice that no Subsim cookies appeared in Cookies folder untill I disabled the accelerator!
