Depends on whether you not you want to edit your database.
Let me know if you do... you can keep a version of a "standard" stock or mod database for use in regular missions or MP, and all you have to do is swap them out when you want to play quickmissions.
I haven't done this particular fix personally, but I don't see why it couldn't be done easily using the database.
