This really is a great story.
I suspect there are others out there who have been saved or had positive and lasting interactions with others. I know in my own case, it was a great middle school teacher who left a lasting impression.
I wonder if Eugene Pugliese influenced Deirdre Taylor’s decision to become a nurse ? It seems a reasonable assumption seeing as Deirdre Taylor lives in Virginia but traveled to NY to put herself on the front lines of the Pandemic, to save lives as Pugliese did.
