I'm playing SH3 GWX 3.0 for a long time ..and I have a question..Some years ago,in this forum or playing a mission in the game..(I do not remember..
) I saw a Picture of the INTERNAL SUB (in the compartments) full of sailors ( matrosenobergefreiter, matrosenhauptgefreiter and matrosenhauptgefreiter)with ALL kind of qualification!! How is this possible to get this? I like the idea to get,when in port, starting a new career,this kind of qualification and also a better renown value for the sailors! In effect the crew of a sub MUST have a special training ,before their first mission. I do not understand the zero renown value (0) in their first mission end also zero qualification. Open with One Note the Basic File CFG.....and change the value of same...?In 11 for all ...? It's possible? What's can be done to change the qualification af some sailors?Many thank to everyone for some solutions!!
