I feel that a misunderstanding here. It is clearly the case that SH3 is positioning the mouse to (always the same!) coordinates if a confirmation dialog is shown. This is hardcoded into sh3.exe, there is NO WAY that it is related to a mouse driver or a windows setting.
You can see this behaviour in any SH3 video on youtube. I just found one for you:
look what the mousepointer does at clock 5:25. The mouse clicks on "VIIB" and then the mouse immediatly jumps to "Nein" in the following dialog. There is no way on earth this has anything to do with my mousedriver. Seriously!
