BTW, you do know that a condom doesn't guarantee HIV and AIDS prevention, right? And you must know that many third worlders themselves may not even want to wear condoms. Unless you force Africans to wear condoms, you are Al-Qaeda, in the mind of Scandium. Christians are responsible for the African AIDS crisis?
