If you simply replace TWoS' Zones.cfg with the stock one, you will miss more features than you are gaining back, and you will also suffer some lame CTD's when an unit with custom damage zones will be damaged and those zones won't be found in Zones.cfg. SH5 is quite sensitive in those matters; if you continue going rogue with it, you will be looking for problems and you will probably end trashing your install of it before you have finished the first campaign.
As I said before, you should compare the two files and restore
in the TWoS' version of that file, the stock lines responsible for the "fireworks"
