Please check in your SH3 the file ship displacements.cfg in your Commander\cfg folder to make sure RenownAwardedEqualsRandomTonnage=1. If it is set to zero, please set to 1.

I have RenownAwardedEqualsRandomTonnage set to 1, but I still get a discrepency I have to correct by copying the total tonnage from carreers.cfg into the delta renown space in patrols 0.cfg (as instructed in Appendix A of the documentation from Tonnage War 1.03).
