Absolutely, Yes they have the brakes !

I once was suddenly being pinged while being at PD and this DD made an attack run on me.

As i was trying to gain dept i released a decoy right before he ran over my boat. This caused him to actually hit the brakes and then back up as if being confused

and unable to choose between the sound generated by my boat and the decoy

Actually 1 of the most lame moments i have ever experienced in SHIII :rotfl: :rotfl:
