I'm trying to find new stuff ( there's a lot of familiar music videos I'm sure we all know and love ) but something fresh??........
The French Indochina period has a lot of Newsreel stuff and haunting ballads but putting them together is beyond my skills
Quite moving sad stuff too.
Not sure about speakers blasting out Wagner during combat.....maybe Artistic License.....maybe "Psych" units did.
A colourful era for sure. I missed the draft by one year, I tried to sign up to train as a Navy pilot ( we had Skyhawks then - Australia ), but failed the Medical. I would've gone to 'Nam for sure - no fear - and not everyone sees combat.
Hell I've been shot here in civilian life. War is safer .....sometimes.
