First, if the V16b1 4c you have listed is Stiebler's patch, it will not work correctly without H.sie's patch applied first, especially the SH3.exe file patching.
Regarding milk cows, mines, etc.
this mod adds them among other things.
Use it all or just parts.
That mod incorporates
this earlier, original milk cow mod if you'd rather use it.
